1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reelabiq (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reelabiq is an AI-powered platform that converts blog posts and text content into short-form videos. The Service includes content parsing, script generation, AI voiceover, visual generation, and video composition.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Upload or process content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Reelabiq a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating videos. Generated videos are owned by you, subject to any third-party licenses for stock media used in the generation process.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in South African Rand (ZAR). You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Free tier usage is subject to the limits specified on the pricing page.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is produced using artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing. Reelabiq does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelabiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
